Kiima Kiu Gardens is seeking friendly and enthusiastic Waiters/Waitresses to provide exceptional service to our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy interacting with people, we want you to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and assist them in selecting menu items.
• Take food and beverage orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner.
• Anticipate guests needs and respond promptly to their requests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints.
• Maintain a clean and orderly dining area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
